Dreams become real

Jane liked to draw, even during her first work training. From her desk; if she leaned backward peeked a bit to left, she could make out a magnificent profile of her company from its logo. Then, she would try to draw how Johnson company provided services in the margin of her notebook. She noticed that after each lesson, she could almost figure out a magic strategy seemed to be used by Johnson rival companies for a short while, even she looked away.

"Jane, you weren't even listening!" said trainer, awakening Jane from her reverie.

"Yes, i was." said Jane. "You just asked if anyone could name nine services." Actually, Jane had not been listening but the sound of trainer's last question had seemed to ring in her ears.

"None else?" said the trainer

"It is not" said Jane. "Because company services already have names. The whole training class erupted in laughter." Jane blushed. "But i know that their first capital letters match my drawing sentence about nine Johnson rival companies." said Jane.

"Congrats Jane ! And the sentence? " said Johnson himself, the company owner in corner.

"Mary's Violet Eyes Make Jane to Stay Up Nights Periods." said Jane.

Jane made them understood with her drawing information of all first capital letters, and how rival companies are providing their services. Thus she mentioned what Johnson company might need to do for making difference.

Thereafter, Jane was hired to be Johnson company adviser. She continuously bore that ownership spirit until she built a multi - service business herself from more than ten companies.

"My dream has become  real." said Jane.

1. Jane seemed to be able to see company's profile in her mind's eyes. Does she have an employee mentality?

2. Jane was able to remember the sound of the trainer's last question, even though she had not been listening. Have you ever been found like Jane ? How have you responded?

3. Explain the way that Jane used to own a business?

4. Jane was able to combine nine rival company services into powerful information on how Johnson company could make a difference. On your own behalf, how do you use your inner thoughts for? If possible, are they enough to help you work on your own serving your current employer?

5. Although, Jane blushed, she knew for certain how rival companies could be a cornerstone to make company its unique. In your opinions, what do you learn from a business rivals?
